30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If our woolen apparel does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return your purchase with the receipt to the original seller within 30 days for a replacement or a refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase beyond 30 days, we still want to know how we can make it up to you. For non-warranty satisfaction returns, please contact us via email or phone to discuss a solution and include your original purchase receipt.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
All returns must be authorized
Please submit the form below for authorization. You will receive a confirmation email when the form has been successfully submitted. A Minus33 customer service representative will approve your return within 24 hours, after which you will receive a second email with your return label and instructions.
CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS:
- Customers are responsible for the return freight charge. Customers are welcome to purchase their own return labels, but the return still must be approved by Minus33
- Please do not continue to wear your product after submitting this form
- Please wash your wool before returning to avoid a cleaning fee. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for heavily soiled products that may pose a health risk to our returns department. This includes pet hair, human hair, deodorant, and other stains
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any unworn, unwashed products that are sent back to us without the original tags and packaging
- All returns are subject to inspection and individual outcome
- Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of authorization. Please contact us with any concerns regarding this window.

- Original packaging materials, including hang tags if possible

Please use this form to exchange your gift for an item of equal value. Please follow the applicable conditions outlined above. All exchanges are subject to inspection, and a copy of the receipt is preferred when possible.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers must be held responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes for both shipping and return/exchange freight, and for this reason, are not recommended. If you feel your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us directly to discuss a solution.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping time, inspection, and processing. Most returns will happen faster, but please be patient and consider the transit time from your location to New Hampshire. Any refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing method. Please also allow additional processing time during and directly following the holiday season. Thank you for your patience.
